Cancellation Policy

Because we want the best for you and your dog, please take a moment to read our cancellation policy carefully.

Group Classes

When you sign up for a group class, you are committing to the full series. If you cannot attend at least 5 of the scheduled classes, we kindly ask that you do not register for that series. Each week builds on the last, and frequent absences can affect your dog's progress and the experience of other participants.

• Group classes must be attended on the specific dates and times for which you are registered.
• We allow one makeup class per group series, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for makeup sessions.
• Please be aware that makeups may be scheduled with dogs from different class levels who have also missed sessions.

 

Private Sessions

Private training sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited.

• Each training package allows up to two reschedules/cancellations unless otherwise discussed.
• No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.

• We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but we cannot guarantee the same day/time for rescheduled sessions.

Refunds

If you cancel a prepaid class series, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, you are responsible for any taxes and credit card processing fees incurred.
